All Inspectors are required to hold a current Inspectors license with the TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) Membership Categories: Associate - Minimum 50 Inspections + 6 Months Experience / New Member Inspector - Minimum 300 Inspections + 64 Hours of Continuing Education Advanced Inspector - Minimum 750 Inspections + 144 Hours of Continuing Education Certified Professional Inspector - Minimum 1500 Inspections, 5 yrs. Experience, 320 CE Hours & TAREI Examination Engineer Member Affiliate
