We are the Fort Bend Texas Chapter of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (TAREI).   We are dedicated to protecting Fort Bend County consumers during the home buying process.   We accomplish this by following high standards of practice, professional ethics and participating in required continuing education.  

We are the only third party, non-biased means of consulting available when it comes to purchasing or selling a home. We have no commissions at stake, we are not emotionally attached to the sale of the home and we will never offer to repair items found through the process of the home inspection. We have one goal in mind, CONSUMER PROTECTION. It is our obligation and duty to provide you with as much information as possible about a home so that you can make a responsible decision about your purchase. Construction standards, laws and Real Estate trends are constantly evolving. Our members meet on a regular basis and discuss issues of the day as a means of staying in tune with the ever-changing market. Unfortunately, not every Licensed Inspector in the state is a member of TAREI.
